Returns Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

Associated Fees

  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Return Shipping: No cost to you—Vicalyx covers all return shipping fees.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email info@vicalyx.com including your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Follow our instructions: Our team will provide the return process details.
  3. Package the item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship it back: Send the item following the return instructions received via email.

Special Cases

Damaged Item Upon Delivery

  • Inspection: Check the item immediately upon receipt.
  • Report: Contact us at info@vicalyx.com as soon as possible with a description and photos.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as preferred.

Changed Your Mind

  • Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging and with all labels attached.
  • Procedure: Contact info@vicalyx.com to initiate the return.

Wrong Item Received

  • Report: Notify our team immediately.
  • Resolution: We will coordinate the return and send the correct item free of charge.

Refund Details

  • Timescale: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
