Returns Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.
Associated Fees

- Return Shipping: No cost to you—Vicalyx covers all return shipping fees.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

How to Return an Item

- Follow our instructions: Our team will provide the return process details.
- Package the item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship it back: Send the item following the return instructions received via email.

Damaged Item Upon Delivery
- Inspection: Check the item immediately upon receipt.
- Report: Contact us at info@vicalyx.com as soon as possible with a description and photos.
- Resolution: We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as preferred.
Changed Your Mind
- Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging and with all labels attached.

Wrong Item Received
- Report: Notify our team immediately.
- Resolution: We will coordinate the return and send the correct item free of charge.
