Cut-off time for orders: 10:00 AM (Paris time).

Weekend orders: Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated transit time: 5–7 working days.

Dispatch days: Monday to Friday.

Total delivery time: You will receive your order within 6–9 working days.

5. Shipping Process

Reliable couriers: Delivery is handled by our selected logistics partners.

Insured shipments: All parcels are insured. Contact us if your order is lost or damaged.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information: After purchase, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number.

7. Missing Items

Reporting: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel at info@vicalyx.com.

Resolution: We will investigate and either resend or refund the missing items.

8. Returns Policy

Return period: You must report and dispatch returns within 30 days of receipt.

Processing time: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 working days, with a confirmation email.

Refund conditions: Items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging. Defective or incorrect items will be refunded after inspection.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Return postage: All return costs are covered by Vicalyx.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To order a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.

9. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees: Vicalyx does not charge restocking fees.

10. Return Costs by Reason

Defective item: No cost to the customer (damaged or wrongly delivered items).

Change of mind: The same condition applies—Vicalyx covers return costs.
